MEET OUR TEAM
The leaders of the team, everyone who makes up the WATCH EAGLE TEAM is important – from the logistics to the area manager, the support officers and the control room operator – we rely on each member of our team to fulfil their role. Leading by example is our management team and they run upfront to represent, serve and grow each entity of the Watch Eagle operation.

HE IS PASSIONATE ABOUT PEOPLE AND BUIDING SOLID AND SOUND RELATIONSHIPS BASED ON MUTUAL RESPECT, TRUST AND HONESTY. HIS COMMITMENT AND PASSION ARE WHAT MAKES HIM SUCCESSFUL IN WHAT HE DOES.

RICARDO HAS BEEN IN THE IN THE INDUSTRY FOR ALMOST 20 YEARS. AFTER RESIGNING HIS COMMISSION AT CERES, HE STARTED HIS SECURITY CAREER AT A LOCAL SECURITY FIRM IN FRANSCHHOEK. RICARDO BELIEVES THAT WELL MANAGED SYSTEMS KEEPS PEOPLE ACCOUNTABLE, AND HE ENSURES THAT EVERY SERVICE DELIVERY DETAIL HAS BEEN ATTENDED TO.

HER WORKING CAREER HAS BEEN FILLED WITH HIGHLIGHTS AND SHE IS THE CEMENT THAT KEEPS OUR EMPLOYEES, ALL OUR CLIENTS AND SERVING THEIR INTERESTS AND NEEDS ARE HER HIGHEST PRIORITY. WITH HER EXPERIENCE IN ADMIN AND PAYROLL, SHE IS BEST EQUIPED TO REPRESENT OUR EMPLOYEES.
